Interpersonal Process Group Therapy
Interpersonal Process Group Therapy provides an unstructured, supportive space for members to discuss any areas of their lives that they are looking to learn more about, grow in, or heal from. Through connecting and sharing, members are encouraged to explore “in the moment” thoughts, feelings, and reactions as a way to deepen self-awareness and understanding of their interpersonal dynamics. This “here and now” focus also allows members to experiment with new ways of relating and interacting as an opportunity to challenge long-held beliefs about who they are, what is expected of them in relationships, and how they are seen by others.
