The best fit for this position is a therapist who:

  • Works from a contemporary psychodynamic, relational/interpersonal orientation.

  • Uses a sexuality and gender affirmative therapy approach. 

  • Has experience and/or interest in working clients who are members of the LGBTQI+ communities.

  • Is flexible in practice, adept at meeting each client according to their individual needs and capabilities.

  • Has experience and/or interest in couples/relationship therapy.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to practice in NY state

  • Psychodynamic relational/interpersonal orientation (integrative in interventions)

  • Availability evenings until 9PM (most of our clients request evening appointments)

Pay & Benefits:

  • This is an employment (W-2) position paid according to clinical services rendered. 

  • Licensed psychologist pay is $115 per clinical hour.

  • Postdoc pay is $70 per clinical hour. Possibility of transitioning to staff psychologist once licensed.

  • LMSW pay is $65 per clinical hour. 

  • LCSW pay is $95 per clinical hour.

  • $250 per year provided for CE credits

  • $400 monthly insurance premium reimbursement through ICHRA
